Because you are 25 weeks. The app is probably telling you that when you are 25 weeks + 1 day, + 2 days, etc that you have entered your 26th week, not that you are 26 weeks. There is a difference. Just like when you are 3 weeks pregnant... you are in your first month, but aren't a month pregnant yet. Look next to your name. It says you are 25 weeks

Maybe because you are in your 26th week. 25 complete but you have started the 26th
