I believe once a week is what its recommended. Then older as you see fit, they get dirtier faster the older they get. I give both my kids baths every other day sometime depending every day

Once a week for newborn. Then it depends on how dirty they are and how sensitive their skin is. I could only give my oldest a bath like every 2-3 days until she was almost 2 because otherwise she’d have eczema flairs all the time. We did quick sponge baths in between. Luckily she liked to be neat and stay clean.
My second is almost 18 months and I bathe her almost every day because she is SO. MESSY.

He got a bath about once a week, because any more than that dried his skin. (Unless he got really messy or super poopy of course.) Now it's several times a week, because he's older and likes to play outside, and it's summer so sunscreen and bug spray.

All my girls get a bath everyday.. if they don't, they don't sleep well.
