I'm pretty freshly pregnant, about 5 weeks, and I've already gained over 10 lbs. I know that its just due to trying to eat more and recovering from an eating disorder. What are some healthy foods that are pretty fast and easy ya'll like? Trying to be very healthy this pregnancy.

Look up greensmoothiegirl.com if you want some good super nutrient-rich smoothies. Also make sure you are taking your vitamins! Depending on your budget Shaklee is an amazing resource - all of his products are 100% natural and free of additives and CHOCK FULL of good stuff. For example Walmart brand prenatal vitamins only have 1/2 of the vitamins Shaklee offers in their prenatal pill and 1/3 of the quantity per vitamin per pill. I've been throwing whatever veggies sound good (cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, onion) in the oven with olive oil, seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic and it's soooo good. Goes with most meals

I love putting avocado with everything. Eggs, toast, tuna, tomatoe and mozzarella, chicken etc. good healthy fats.

Fruits and veggies for snacks. Tuna with crackers. Salad with a protein (chicken, boiled eggs, etc)
