@raydiahfelts, I think somehow it starts from the milk but it is actually an yeast infection. You can wipe some of it off with a wash cloth and warm water but he does need to be be seen by a doctor. If it’s a lot it can became painful then he won’t want to eat. They’ll give you medicine for it !
It’s a yeast infection in the mouth. My daughter got it when she was a month old. You’ll have to get meds for baby, and if you breastfeed you’ll need meds for you too. Be sure to boil his bottles and paci’s as well to kill it off.
Thanks everyone I talk to his doctor he has an appointment in the morning he wants to look at it because it hasn’t spreaded to his cheeks or throat or anything yet. But thank u guys

It’s just like only 4-6 little small bumps on his tongue

@mississippi.queen, you do not treat fungus with antibiotics. You use an antifungal like nystatin. Antibiotics are for bacteria.
