Well my family sucks and it’s small. I’m only really close to my grandma.

I only have 1 friend left and he cannot make it plus poor guys cripple so I completely understand why. He has had so much going on in his own life lately.

@colorfuldreams, I was thinking about that but I don’t have many friends like you, and i don’t associate with much of my family anymore.

@rebelprincesz24, I’d say just invite your close friends and family and just celebrate the new baby and have cake. Maybe play some fun baby shower games :)

I’m having my baby shower soon and like, she even told my grandma that she can’t handle making a latge amount of spaghetti and that she doesn’t make it good. 😓

@colorfuldreams, it brings on your contractions and depends on if you’re being induced or not. They only gave it to me because I wanted my fiancé to be there when I had her so they just went ahead and gave it that final push

@rebelprincesz24, what’s pitocin for ? And can’t you decline it ?

@colorfuldreams, no they said I didn’t need one, they were all surprised at how I was handling the pain, what made me hurt the most was the pitocin they used for like 15-20 mins on me because I was 9 1/2 cm dilated when they broke my water, it made the contractions hurt so much I was sweating but luckily I only had to wait for my dr to get there. When he got there and got ready I asked if I could push and that’s when all the pain went away and turned into concentration.

@colorfuldreams, you’ll be fine. I know every one is different but for me the first couple of days was hard I tore pretty good but it was nothing the ibuprofen they prescribed me couldn’t fix. You’ll also get this wonderful water bottle you won’t ever get rid of for when you go to the bathroom because you can’t wipe for a few weeks if you have stitches but if you don’t it just feels good rinsing with cold water. For me that actually helped a ton with my healing since I did have stitches.

@colorfuldreams, I think you should be fine hun, especially if you have a high pain tolerance

@rebelprincesz24, With everything else my body heals pretty quickly but idk... childbirth is a whole other story.

@colorfuldreams, it hurts a little bit and recovery all depends on your body and if you tear or not. I felt better after like 2 weeks and I had a small tear. And at first going to the bathroom is kinda weird, with me I was so afraid I was gonna hurt myself so I barely pushed or strained for the first couple of days after that it gets back to normal.

@colorfuldreams, recovery is pretty easy as long as you listen to what the dr tells you lol. And make sure you get extra of whatever they give you to put down there cause that stuff helps a lot. Can’t remember what the spray was called but there was something called tucks wipes that they gave me and they were great

I’m to scared to get cut open. I don’t really know much about the difference experience and recovery wise about them tho

And yea I feel her kick me all the time. Sometimes she will kick high and it will feel like she’s trying to jab my ribs or practice kick boxing 😂😂

I’ve even felt her fully turn to where I felt it at bottom and top of my belly. It felt so crazy
