My neighbors dog barks constantly whenever anyone is outside, my cats outside, someone walks or jogs past the fence, a squirrel is outside, anything. It's not a friendly hello, it's aggressive and constant. They've apologized. They try to control her. I ignore it until I can't anymore and go inside and even make the cat come in too.
Would it be offensive if I brought them some doggie cbd oil? Would you be offended? If it were you would you maybe leave it in their mailbox? Go to their door? Try to make friends with the dog?

Id offer it to them.. And be like hey i signed up for this thing online and for some reason they sent me this sample of doggy cbd oil was wondering if you wanted it sonce some days it sounds like your dog has some anxiety issues and could possibly benefit from it

Admittedly its expensive. 30 bucks for a little bottle. I'd like to say I just want to be nice but we can't even enjoy being outside in the evenings. They are constantly after her to stop and tbh its sooo annoying. Even inside with the doors and windows closed I hear her.

Couldn't tell you. I'm ready to bitch out my neighbors if they don't let their dog inside because it barks all damn night. If your dog listens to me when I open the door and "shhhhhhh!" It, we have a problem.
