I have been holding this in my chest for awhile finally I have a photo to go with it. haha! (not staged at all by the way 🤣) I bet you if I share this photo to a mom group I won't get as much likes as oppose to a mom breatfeeding her baby in public. Or worst I might be criticized. lol

Breastmilk is and will always be IDEAL and ADVISABLE for our little ones but it is not for everyone. Like in my case, I did not have issues with the "supply". Yes I know what kind of mommy I am

huh? haha) I gave it a shot for the first three months with my daughter. I felt unhappy, trapped and I could not keep up with the hard work. (BF Mommas you are superstars!!) I know I should have given it more time but my mental health is more important to function. I had no regrets to fully swith to formula and yes I formula feed my son from the beginning too. At the end of the day my babies are healthy (not sickly, have strong immune system) smart, happy, not chubby but solid, and of course good sleepers at night since they are not always hungry! 😜 With my sanity in place, I am capable in nurturing them with all the love and care they deserve. Every child is different and what works for us might not work for others. And I just want to emphasize this is not to promote formula!!!

No one really attacked me personally so why am I even bothered explaining! hahaha Kidding aside, I have number of family and friends who choose to breastfeed (have had) their babies and just for that reason alone salute them even more. But what I cannot stand are people judging moms who formula feed and that babies who are breastfed are smarter and healthier than formula fed ones. Please do not shoot me but this is not true!!!

Mommas, do not feel embarassed for not being able to EBF your precious babies and don't be BRESSURED with this crazy community called "social media". FED IS BEST. Your babies your rule!!

Segway: Exactly one week from now my son will be transitioned to a whole milk and will ditch the formula in a bottle wether he likes it or not. 😬 (just like how I did with with big sissy) He is turning one woot woot!
