@queenmeeks i would hope they dont want those problems but in all honesty what would happen if they did? They're not us citizens and once in mexico the U.S. wouldnt be able to do shit to them. Theyre dad is pissed he lost all rights to the kids and he has his parents wrapped around his finger and i honestly wouldnt put it past him to try and convince his parents to take the kids and go to mexico. Right after the funal court hearing i asked for their birth certificates and socials back cuz i needed them for an application and they were instructed to give them back but still havent and when i asked for them they came up with some bs excuse of needing them for the vacation. That's another red flag for me. Like since when do you need birth certificates and socials for a vacation inside of the U.S.

@mom4m it would be considered kidnapping if they weren’t back to you when they are supposed to be, so something would absolutely be done about it! Don’t ask them for the documents back, demand them back. Asking them gives room for excuses. Demand them back or contact law enforcement so they can help you get them back. Those documents don’t belong to them.

Gosh i hope so.. Imma tell them i want the stuff back one more time and if it isnt returned ill have to talk to an officer about retreiving the documents. Its all bull, their attorney them to return them but nope lets not listen to her. I dont trust their judgement what so ever

@c.r.a.i this whole thing has me super uptight, i just want this whole vacation thing over with already, but theyll still have another 2 weeks of vacation time to use over the summer soimsure ill have to do it all over again

@mom4m Do not give them the right to take your child until they give you the passport back !! In mexico they dont do shit .theyre very careless over there honestly i wouldnt risk it .

@hazelmaplewood the boys dont have passports i never got them one just for this very reason. They only have the birth certificates and socials.

Unfortunately i cannot stop them from taking the trip even if i tried its court approved and was granted during the final hearing if i were to try to stop it id be in contempt of court.

@melissaredfield87 i told my oldest that when he turns 15 he may be able to go visit if he wants to. At that age he wont be easily influenced and hell be able to decifer between truth and bullshit. Right now their dad makes all these promises to the kids to make them want to go. I wont allow it until i know they are able to make an informed decision and they need to understand the kind of man their father is and the reason hes in mexico and not with them. Right now other family members like his mom and dad paint him to be this super nice guy who didnt deserve to be deported and he was so so innocent and could never do any wrong in his entire life.

@mom4m, unfortunately Mexican parents are just like that😞There in denial and will always stand by there kids side even if they are wrong! It’s super sad and I’m sorry they put you and your kids thru so much stress...I hope it gets better xoxoxo😘

@linseyron2013 well your not supposed to be able to but Hate to say it but border crossing can go both ways if some can make it here im sure some can cross back over.. I wouldnt quite say it isnt possible. Im sure its been done before. By someone out there

@linseyron2013 i hope its just my anxiety about them going away. I just know how the granparents are especially grandma. Theyre both controlled by their son and anything he says goes with them hes been controlling everything they do even from mexico. And to top it off grandma has left the state before with them without my knowledge and just took off with them and was gone for over a week so that adds to it. Ijust dont want anything to happen to them.

Im so sorry you and your kids have to go through this. I cant imagine!! Hopefully that court order scares them enough that they wont make no foolish decisions. Regardless maybe you should go back to talk to that Judge and let them know your concerns. I know custody is such a hard battle and very costly but its worth the money.

@linseyron2013 im waiting for them to mess up so i can take them back to court. Next time ill have a attorney. Right now i dont think i can because its a final order and it was just put in place a month ago.
