I didn’t ask if it was recommended or not thank you but like I said I’ve been using it. It’s just a back rub a knock off icy hot it helps my back I’ve been having back issues and now that I’m pregnant it’s worse my doctor said it’s fine so thank you
Put a towel or blanket in the dryer on high heat! Or take a warm shower or bath. Take a tylenol if you can ask someone to rub your back if you can stand it. I hope that helps and Prayers your back stops hurting. Maybe even call your doctor and tell him. And I hope you don't mind me suggesting these. I just thought I'd try to help.
@smooches37 Yeah I just thought sense you couldn't find your heating pad but if you have that rub then use that. I just hope your back feels better soon!
@niki664, I have to get a heating pad but those are what I heard wasn’t safe so I wasn’t sure if I could u those I use the little blue rub from dollar tree I’ve been using it for years it really helps but I’m going to have to use an alternative 😂
@smooches37 Oh yeah, well that's good to have a heating pad. I used my heating pad my whole pregnancy. And my baby boy and I were just fine. But the one I had turned off by itself. And that's good. What is the alternative?
