Fed is necessary. Breast is best. It’s scientific fact and that doesn’t mean it shames formula. It’s just fact.

@laniejay which I completely understand. However, mom's who jump on posts about formula feeding saying "breast is best" is a bit ridiculous, as I'm sure the OP would be fully aware.

I didn’t want to breastfeed my daughter at all, I only wanted to do formula oops someone judge me 🤷🏼‍♀️

I wasn't able to breastfeed but I had no shame using formula either.

I didn’t want to breastfeed any of my children and they turned out perfect being on formula 🌸

i didnt breast feed my daughter. He'll i never even seen milk come out of my boobs. My siblings and i grew up just fine on formula so did my daughter. the only problem I had is they kept switching it and finally the last kind they said it was the closest they could get 2 breast milk and i said well hell why didnt she start on that milk. and I thought u was easier since my mom watched her when i went back 2 work

Some babies r allergic 2 their moms milk so it's not always best

I always get the same disappointed look from other moms when they ask if I breastfeed and I say no. I stopped because my ppd was getting so bad and breastfeeding was making it so much worse. But I feel like I shouldn’t feel compelled to have to explain myself to practically strangers (mostly coworkers). It sucks.

Believe in your decisions ladies. Nobody can shame you if you’re confident that what you’re doing is best for your situation. Don’t give people who don’t matter power over you

It is what it is; I'd much rather see a happy, formula fed baby than a baby not eating anyway.
