My doc called and said my iron levels are still not where she want so she sending me for a full iron panel of blood work and also rechecking my thyroids levels since I had problems with my thyroids in the past and been complaining of being tired all the time . Not sleepy just physically tired going up and down stairs take so much out of me and my body just feels so weak but heavy . So hopefully they can figure out why I’ve been feeling so crappy energy level wise because this isn’t normal fatigue I shouldn’t feel like I’m going to pass out from doing as little as walking up or down a flight of stairs . Or from holding my 19 pound 1 yr old
