It depends on your situation. You will get child benefit which is 20.20 a week I think for your first. You may get tax credits but that is determined by your situation. Have a look at the online calculator and that should give you more information.

I’m in the same boat! Work full time and on okay money but when I go on statutory maternity pay I don’t know how the bills are going to get covered!
