My man had a girl he was friend's with for years and she disappeared and came back telling me all this deal of how I was awful and they were going to be together and I was a bitch, then started sending him nudes to try to prove a point. etc. etc. We were both watching the conversations as we were sitting right next to eachother. I told her off and he stopped talking to her and we both blocked her. I would tell your man what was up. It's ridiculous that he would still be doing that especially knowing the way she was treating you!
