Not for me. I cracked/popped my pelvis getting out of bed the other day. Hurt like a bitch.

For me it was my pelvic I had it last pregnancy it stoped after birth . And just started with this one it doesn’t hurt but it’s deff not a good feeling and it’s super loud lol
