@raquely, thank you!@oceanbabe424, yeah I wouldn’t use that as a means to determine lol. I just didn’t know with her being 1 month if she needed to be older or what. I did with my son occasionally but he was over a year old when I did.

The reason they say sober enough to drive, sober enough to breastfeed is not actually because of the amount of alcohol in your milk. It’s to be sure you’re sober enough to care for your child. I wish I had been able to get the amazing B.B. post before it went down where it was so perfectly detailed. The basics are- you’ve got nothing to worry about. Worry more about your sobriety for caring for your child as a minuscule amount actually gets into breastmilk. And go for a beer! Helps your production.
