Can a uti go away by itself? I had one and wasn’t able to take the medicine for it due to it getting lost while moving. I went to the hospital today and they said I didn’t have one? I had sharp pains in my vagina sometimes and cramping which makes me think I still have one but the nurse said everything came back clear. Has anyone had this happen? Experience?

Sharp pains in your vagina while being pregnant is called lightening crotch , I had them all the time and never had a UTI while pregnant

Yep, I don’t always get the antibiotics for mine.. I only get them when I’m pregnant though.. I drink a lot of water and cranberry juice.. I’ve never had those symptoms with a UTI though, just sounds like normal pregnancy pains to me

Yes they can go away on their own and in after with the lightening crotch and normal pregancy pains
