Ok so my 2 year old had diarrhea last Sunday, nothing on Monday, then she threw up Tuesday morning. She had normal poops on Wednesday, back to diarrhea on Thursday and Friday and then threw up yesterday. And even though she’s done all that she’s still her happy cheerful self. What could possibly be going on?!?!?!
