What calms you down or relaxes you? Do that. When I was pregnant I got so upset that my stomach started cramping. I had to go for a drive & blast music & just sing my heart out. One time I just stayed in the house & blasted music in my headphones.

@kae.t true !!!!! Listen to her mine also started cramping when I was upset and I started having contractions!!!! Find a way to think happy thoughts!
