I'd use the list @skymomof4 posted an image of. There really isn't much you can take. If you are out of the first trimester you can take the plain robitussin but it's still not 100% recommend... Mostly the only thing you can do during pregnancy is take Tylenol and use vicks vapo rub

Chew up a clove of garlic. Gross yes but it's all natural and will knock that cold right out of you.

@luisa1987, you can take Tylenol while pregnant. It’s on the approved list. And it’s non drowsy

If you need something to help you sleep use Benedryl

@kjuckniess10 I know that. But the pm Tylenol puts you to sleep so I thought you couldn't take it.

@luisa1987, you have to get the non drowsy day and night Tylenol. I used the liquid forms of it.
