Medela is good .. i opted for the Spectra2 covered under my Insurance but I haven’t yet used it. Everyone raves about it so I guess we’ll see but I d choose between those two.

I have the medela pump in style advanced, it was covered thru my insurance, that or renting a hospital grade for only 3 months. So I opted to have one I could use to get to my goal of 1 year. Its decent but definitely could be better and quieter. I've used a medela symphony at the hospital, that one was a little better than the one I have but still not much.

I so wish I had the funds to try a spectra or other brand tho.

I used the ameda first time around and now with this pregnancy I am going to use the Medela. Call edgepark off your insurance and ask about the most used pumps they should be able to help you as well :) good luck!
