@kellynicole, yes it helps allot I used one with my son and it helped so much with allot they have them at Walmart for about $6 dollar I believe

I feel like I know nothing about pregnancy yet I read so much 😩 only thing I know about the balls is it being comforting and I see it in movies but does it really do?? That’s why I said “lightening?” Lol

Yes the birthing ball it helps so much you every had those sharp pains in your pelvic area it feels like shooting pains ?

@smooches37 lol yes! It's all worth it. I've never carried any of my kids past 34 weeks. I'm 36 weeks today. I feel miserable
