Favorite over the counter prenatal vitamins?
I haven’t ever been able to take vitamins pregnant or not because they make me extremely sick. With my other pregnancies I used kid vitamins as directed by my doctor but I don’t want to do that again. I will though if I have to.

I use the women’s one a day and have never had trouble with them. I changed it up to gummies because I remember to take them better. They smell terrible so just hold your nose when you open the bottle. Lol.

I used to take Women's One a Day but then I got a fishy smelling bottle and I was done with them. Now I take Nature Made and I have zero complaints. They have everything I need. They don't smell gross. They don't make me feel sick. And they're very affordable.

Rainbow Light. Pricey but it all comes from food.

Garden of life raw prenatals. They are in health food stores. All organic & made from foods too! Love them.
