So is mine I’ve been contemplating the same thing but I feel bad cause I know it’s so much better for her but I just don’t know what to do😩 you could try cutting dairy out of your diet I did that and she seems a lot better than before

It sounds like it’s just something you’re eating which is easily fixed. You can try cutting out any foods that might cause gas like broccoli, garlic or there’s a few more. You can find lists online. Also a big trigger for that too is dairy so after you’ve cut out the other stuff if it doesn’t work try cutting dairy and see what happens

@mommy2babygirl, @raquely, @tribe.of.judah, @k_nc, thank y’all, I am going to try cutting dairy/wheat/ soy now.. I’ve tried adjusting my diet without doing that and it’s not helping at all. I feel so bad for her and it’s making me lose my mind at the same time. I can’t be at my best for my kids or my fiancé. This on top of dealing with depression and anxiety is taking its toll 😔

It takes 2+ weeks for dairy to completely leave your system but if that is the issue then you’re going to see improvements within a few days. I had to cut even hidden dairy so make sure you’re reading ingredient listings carefully. Josiah was like a completely different baby once it was out of my system.

@tribe.of.judah, that video is a life saver I’ve been using it for a few weeks now!!! She almost immediately stops crying and falls asleep especially in the car

@mommy2babygirl, @tribe.of.judah, thank y’all! I am definitely trying that in the car. Our car rides are usually filled with screaming bloody murder so i am too scared to even try to go anywhere 😩
