My almost 10 month old goes down anywhere from 7:30-9. When is her last nap for the day?

@db413, when she does decide to nap it’s between 1 and 3 but she rarely naps. It’s like she thinks she’s gonna miss something

@mommytobabygirl, @raquely, @db413, are they taking more than 1 nap a day? 🤦🏾‍♀️ I struggle just to get a 45 minutes nap out of her

@raquely, see I just transitioned her from nursing so she was on my schedule. Like she’s only nap if I took a nap. Woke up when I woke up and if I didn’t go to sleep til 1am neither would she. But now that she’s no longer nursing I see her slowly doing her own thing but I would definitely love for her to be sleep before 9

@messiah-mommy, what’s your bedtime routine with her? And mine takes anywhere from one to 4 naps a day but he’s also teething and growing right now

@db413, there’s no “set” routine. Up until a few days ago she was exclusively breastfed. So she’d wake up whenever I woke up. Only nap if I took a nap (or if she’s in the car) and only sleep when I slept even if that meant going to bed at 2 a.m but now that she’s off the breast. She’s sleeping alone. We woke up at about 830 this morning. She ate and played now she’s asleep.
