We're doing it the first week of July. I'm dreading it.

With my first 2.5, my second went straight to big girl twin size right before 2 because I had my 3rd. My 3rd went into twin size a week after her first bday because my oldest thought jumping in the crib as a giant 7 year old was a good idea and it broke 😩 on the eve of her bday too lol, I was not buying another crib.

16 months. Its been incredible. She loves it way more than her crib and sleeps through the night much better

My 5 year old was around 2 1/2

My 4 year old was 2

My year old was around 2

And my 19 month-old still in a crib.
