I started my first pregnancy back in 2016 and now that I’m suspecting I may be pregnant I’ve completely forgot what my early pregnancy signs were😩 My stomach is a bottomless pit, horrible back ache lower right, spotted about 4 days ago, nauseous for about 10-20 minutes in the morning for the past couple days. Period comes always the day before the 1st of every month. Can anyone relate with these symptoms for their second pregnancy? I’m so anxious to take a test in a couple days.

My period symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are the same so I'm no help lol

Sounds about right I had some achy pulling feeling by my ovaries. Good luck !

I actually just found out I'm pregnant, a week ago. My very first symptom from my 1st, was lower back ache. This time around, my lower back hurt for 5 days straight before I decided to get a test. I usually get a backache when I PMS but it only lasts 1 day. So I knew it wasn't PMS this second time!!
