Some advice for moms who are planning to breast feed after you have your baby do hand expression for the first 5 days at least 3-5 times a day. The hospital gave me a a thing to hand express in and a syringe to feed baby what came out since it’s so important. They told me it will increase you milk supply by 130%. I believe it’s true my milk was fully in by day 2 and I already have over 60 oz of milk he’s only 7 days old. I am producing so much which I love. I hope it works for you ladies.
