Do any of you ladies use essential oils during your pregnancy? Why or why not?

I use them in a diffuser. Makes the house smell good.

I heard your not allowed to use them during pregnancy and I was just wondering if other woman still use them

You can use certain ones like peppermint and lavender .. those I use once in a great while

@kaylaovermyer312, I used lavender spray and lotion when I gave birth to my last babygirl and plan to do it again! It was so relaxful and made my room smell amazing 😉

You can google which ones to avoid! Idk how true it is but certain ones are said to induce labor like Jasmine but others you can use 🙂
