I hate that my OB doesn't do ultrasounds in the office! I have to go up the street to the hospital to get it! It's so frustrating not to be able to see the baby at your first appointment! Hopefully I will at least get to hear the heartbeat!

my midwives only do 1 ultrasound per pregnancy (at week 20) so imagine my frustration lol
@shakema293 i totally understand that. I didnt get my first ultrasound until almost 11 weeks. Was a killer waiting! Just think positive! And stay away from stories about tubal pregnancies. I had to. Drove me crazy. Lol
@mandynicole883, I mean I know that there is not going to be much to see on the ultrasound I guess I'm just anxious to confirm that everything is going right, like make sure the baby did attach in the correct spot. I've been hearing so many horror stories about tubal pregnancies I just want to make sure mine is okay!
I wouldnt want ultrasound at 5 weeks anyhow. Lol
@josefa, oh no! I definitely couldn't do that! I know I get at least two because they have the optional Down syndrome test if you choose to get that it comes with a ultrasound and then of course the gender reveal ultrasound which I believe I got at about 19 weeks with my son!
