Both of my friends that breastfed gave 1 drop vitamin D everyday and i had bought some since i had planned to bf. Its important imo since bm has little to no vitamin d and you cant sit them in the sun

This is totally weird but I was curious what it tastes like and I tried it and omg ?I thought it was beyond nasty.

Ita essential for healthy emotions and mental health though cause even us with lack if vitamin d we get crabby

They give you a prescription for it when you leave the hospital here. I put a drop on my nipple for her to take during one feeding per day, but some days I forget.

Yes! Our pediatrician told us to give it to our baby, 1 drop per day! It’s essential as babies don’t catch sun ;)
