@kellynicole, try adding some honey or maple syrup to it. Makes it taste a lot better and it’s better then sugar. It’s also a lot better if you can find the loose leaf. It’s more potent (from what I read) and u will def feel those uterine cramps.

@moore_dyon honestly I started drinking it because of the benefits for the uterus. Now I dont know if my uterus has really tighten up or anything like that, I'll have to wait to see what happens when I give birth. But I will say it's a very refreshing drink has many benefits for women in general and taste the best cold with lemons, that's just my tastebuds it may differ with anyone else. If you’re pooping a lot it might be a sign of labor approaching

I did. Last pregnancy and this one. My last one I can speak better on. I was religious to taking it. For 5wks prior to delivery. My dr made a comment in my csection the day I delivered and said wow I can’t even see your scar from the last csection. So it definitely strengthened my uterus. I know I had cramps with it. But other then that nothing. This time I haven’t been so good about drinking it but when I do I have no negative comments on it. A few baby cramps but it’s strengthening the uterus so that’s to be expected I suppose.
