Need some advice. So for the past three days, since we found out Faye's got a chest infection again, they've just said take ibuprofen and paracetamol as the antibiotics haven't worked. But she's still having a high temp and still foe the third night running awake the whole night coughing and crying and it sounds really sore. Its clearly not going, I dont wanna keep taking her to hospital (her doctor is really hard to get hold of so we go there), IDK what to do for the best because they just aren't helping :(. I feel absolutely exhausted with all my own health problems and no sleep. Can't take another night of if but if they don't give me anything for her IDK what to do, I've propped her up and everything they've suggested but it makes no difference

I would take her back to a&e if she’s still no better, my son suffers really badly with his chest and we always have to go a&e as he always needs nebulisers and oxygen hope she gets better soon xx

Do u have a walk in centre by you? Have u tried all the sniffle babe products and a calpol plug in xx @jessr19895x

@chelsea2018 that's what I'm gonna do now because I still can't get hold of my gp, hope they can help this time :( Xx @chesscalouise2 Yea but 111 said urgent care isn't open there today so we would have to travel miles away, so they are trying to get her booked in through a&e at our local hospital, just mainly so we don't have to sit for hours on end. Yea I've used both and it doesn't seem to be helping :( xx
