I keep kissing my baby and crying. It makes me so sad to imagine that babies smaller than my daughter are being taken away from the parents. I could never ever imagine having my baby taken from in that way. I’m seriously heartbroken. I can’t stop crying. This family separation is terrible.

I can’t believe people actually think that this situation is OK or justified because the parents came here illegally. All I can think is that they don’t have kids and don’t know a Mother’s love, and since they don’t have kids they can’t imagine how scared their baby would be without their mother. Having a baby changed how I view a lot of things. Stuff involving kids affects me a lot more now. It’s really disturbing to me tho that people think this is ok :(

What makes me ever more sad are the babies that get abandoned at the hospital. I mean seriously I can't even imagine even thinking about doing that!!

@moonslugg, I just keep thinking about what if that was my son crying for me wondering where I was. How could we do that to these children?
