Fiance started to show interest in the pregnancy that is until he told his grandmother that this pregnancy was planned after she called out baby a mistake. Now he's feeling guilty for upseting her and hasn't shown interest since. You can see that he wants to but he refuses to show it in fear of disappointing her again. Note that she raised him since he was 4 so she's pretty much my soon to be MIL so there isn't much I can say here. Stuck between telling her to kick rocks and that we don't need her negativity or that she needs to respect our choice of she wont be invloved in her great grandchilds life.

He needs to put his kids before anyone, that includes you, grandma, mom, whom ever. It is tough but children are not mistakes. Sorry if I'm being too blunt it's just my honest opinion. Also he got u pregnant.. she's upset but not showing interest in the baby to please her? If she had any kind of sense she'd expect him to be a responsible and involved father since there is a baby on the way whether she likes it or not 🤷🏼♀️

You can tell her that you don't need her negativity and not be rude. Also, I'd mention that he's a good man for stepping up and accepting his responsibility, so she raised him right
