Y’all so I didn’t know you can take NyQuil while pregnant. I’m so relieved! I’ve had a bad cold the past couple of days and nothing helps. It turns out that if you can take it as long as you don’t get NyQuil SEVERE cold and flu and it has to be alcohol free.

I was told nothing but mucinex or Robotussin

Not the gel caplets but the actual pills are fine to take. :) At Least what my doctor told me

All I can take is the robotussin though since I’m allergic to mucinex 😒 I try to avoid any of it while pregnant but had the flu and pneumonia this pregnancy. Thank goodness that season is over.
