So I've been giving Garrus stage 1&2s for about a month and he does so well with whatever I give him, usually 3 jars a day one with multigrain mixed in.(he hates the grains with formula) But today he's refused anything but the jar food he's only finished 2 bottles today. I'm pretty sure it's too soon to start reducing formula. Anyone else experience this?

Solids should not replace bottles. Slow down on the solids and increase bottles for a bit.

It is definitely too soon. At that age we were still at one food meal, the rest was formula. So, usually a small bowl of oatmeal and one jar a day. We were told to stick with that until around 9m. But until they're 1 they really don't even need food, just formula. The food is just for practice.
