At one month old, baby is just learning how to function outside of your womb. There is no capacity for hate at this age so try not to take it personally if he fusses a lot.

Yes I feel this a lot still when he is fussing and nothing helps and my husband comes over just lays with him and he just smiled and is fine. Drives me crazy but just remember baby senses all your stress and emotions

What have you tried love he is to little to hate you....
Letty ·
Have you tried to
Swaddle
Swing
Rocker
Bouncer
Vibrations
A soothing noise plush toys or music
My little girl only was the same until I bought her the bouncer and had it on vibrate always worked perfect

@leowifey, yeah I know just feels that way sometimes. ..and sometimes I just need support from others telling me it’s normal and I don’t suck at this....

@mrs.letty.luna, tried swaddle, bouncer some rattles, I bounce with him and swing with him. I do have something like that (but the vibration thing is broken) probably need to just get a new one and see if that helps. It’s not even like he’s hurting. I just can’t console him.
Letty ·
Try vibrations I got my bouncer used from offer up for 5 bucks and washed it my baby girl has been using it always
Letty ·
Did you try pushing him in a stroller
Kacy Schneider ·
@mrs.letty.luna, yep I try that. I take him outside too. It seems to work for a couple min but then it’s right back to being fussy

My daughter was inconsolably fussy as an infant until I got a tip to ditch dairy. Once I was off dairy (and therefore she was) she was like a whole new baby. So..whether breastfeeding or formula feeding, it seems to help a lot of mom's to keep their babies off cow's milk.

@aurora.faery, yeah in the process of looking into my diet. I don’t drink milk but cutting out cheese and other dairy products.

@kacysowell Something that helped me a lot in cutting out dairyvwas discovering really tasty alternatives like cashew milk ice cream and Follow Your Heart cheeses. Daiya just tastes weird to me..but I swear you could put the FYH gouda or pepper jack deli slices on a platter of real cheeses and no one would notice.
