We went to ToysRus to see what was the whole deal going on since they are saying 50-70%. Once we walked I seen it hit my dd (11yo) reaction she wanted to cry since she was a baby we would go & every on birthdays we would take them & they would get a balloon & they would say happy birthday in the intercom. Besides that she said my child hood is gone we would be able to come here no more for toys & where would we get our backpacks with our lunch bags for school. Once we left both kids were like by ToysRus we will miss you no more birthday cards that they will send & calls from Jeffrey the giraffe 🦒 that just broke my heart❤️

That's sad 😢 I took my son recently, and he did the same thing, said goodbye to Jeffrey and was very sad. We bought him a stuffed Jeffrey so he will always have a piece of ToysRUs. There's just something magical about a store that specializes in toys, we could wander around for an hour dreaming/window shopping 😭

@luvmyboogie, that's the same Jeffrey we bought! My son loves it ❤️ I'm a little bummed too, because that store was a piece of my childhood. We'd always sing the song from the ads. It's just a bummer 😢
