So I went to the doctor last Wednesday to get my ultrasound that would tell me he gender of my baby 👶So I get the great news that I’m having a baby girl bit along with it the doctor tells me my baby has CPC (choroid plexus cyst). He tells me that it could disappear but it could also be an early indicator of a genetic disorder. I went forward with an amniocentesis and can only pray that when they call me in two weeks everything will come back normal. Has anyone else gone through this?

Ok. Just wondering because I was able to just have blood work done. Not sure if there is anything else they can find out by doing the amniocentesis. Maybe someone else can help answer that.
@lilnote, that’s what the doctor recommended, so I proceeded to have it because I want to make sure my baby is ok
I did with my new baby. I had a medical issue with my first so I agreed to have extra blood work done and the more invasive ultrasound. By the time I had the ultrasound done the cyst was already gone. Don't worry yourself about it now. Just wait for your results to come in.
