I’m officially over being pregnant. I feel exhausted and nauseated. Boo hoo me....I can’t even be bothered to get the kids up and going for school this morning, so needless to say, their still sleeping 😳 Midwife appointment too, so they’ll be coming...I really hope I’ve dilated more then my last weeks appointment, I tend to hold on to my babies right till the end. Seriously do not want to go right till the end 😓...Fingers crossed.

@fuhgeddaboudit, last pregnancy I had an OB (great OB) and she did a “deep/ hard” sweep. I did then. Lost my plug that day but spent a week with intense pressure before she came. This time my midwife is a very gentle soft spoken women. She did a very gentle sweep...a wee pressure after and that night but that was that. We did agree that if I wasn’t more then 2cm there wasn’t much sense doing anything aggressively
@tnsad, I agree and as selfishly as I’d like her out I keep reminding myself every minute in there does her good! I was induced with the first at 42.5 weeks and boy I’d rather never do that again (obv. It was ness.) but that’s what I don’t want to happen. I’d much rather her grace us on her own.
Had both my babies at 42 weeks so I know the feeling! Good on you for letting them bake! Not many have the self control of declining induction when it’s unnecessary.
@fuhgeddaboudit, after a stretch and sweep last week 3cm 😐 But it seems like very little has been happening since.
