Being a stay at home mom with a 6 month old and finding it hard to do things to keep him occupied and happy. Being it's so hot some days too keeps us stuck in the house... we do tummy time a lot, his bouncer, his seat watching baby shows but it's become the same old routine everyday and sometimes it's like he's bored or getting sick of it too! What do you mommy's do with your young babies during the day? Any ideas or tips would be great😊

@joyfulmom2b it's just hard because he's at that age where you can't do to much to keep him occupied too long. He doesn't sit up on his own yet so playing with toys on the floor doesn't work. He loves going for walks and on nice days sometimes we go 3 or 4 times and it relaxes him so much. But I can't just walk all day either lol

@michaelsmommy17, yeah I can definitely see that, and understand. It nice he likes walks but yeah u can’t walk all day all the time either and sometimes weather isn’t good also.
I don’t drive, so I’ve been kinda worried also around that age not knowing what to do to occupy the little one.

@joyfulmom2b yeh some days im just like...what the hell are we gonna do today 🤔🤔. I wouldn't trade it for anything though. Any time spent with him is just amazing 😊. And pretty soon you will be experiencing that too!

Do you have mommy and me classes nearby? We did those starting at 4m. Maybe the library? I know some mom's who did music classes too.
It's tough, at 6m, because there's not much they can do.

@nomli its funny you mention the mommy and me classes because my mom just suggested looking into that too! That would be awesome. I am def going to find out tomorrow. And yes 6 months is hard. He's aware and wanting to do so much yet not capable yet and it just makes it so tough.
