For our second we went to see our favourite band and out to eat in Indy and got trashed. (We didn't have any kids than lol) for our 3rd. When our daughter was a few months old we went our to eat at Applebees as a family.
I think it all depends on what you both like and like to do. My friend and her hubby go book shopping and on a tandem bike ride every year and love it.
