Finally got my salt and pepper shakers up on a shelf. My mom collected them (none of these were hers though), my aunt burned down the duplex they shared before my mom died. All of her stuff was still there and I don't have anything to remember her by except pictures and her ashes, but my old shakers remind me of her and makes me feel like she's still around sometimes.
