Perhaps you can do your hip instead? I was told the hip is the norm, arm is only if there’s enough “meat” to inject.

Rub the area vigorously first. Then slap the injection site, inject and then rub rub rub. Sounds weird, but it works.

I get mine in the hip they still burn really bad to me ill be so glad when I'm 36 weeks
