Hi mommies what is the best birth control if your interested in gaining weight as well?

Depo but I agree it sucks

@taylorsmommy1017, anything but that thing they put in your cervix I have heard to many horror stories! Does the depo make you crazy?

I had the nexplanon and gained 50+ 🙄

Depo definitely makes you gain weight. But whenever I’m on it my period completely stop that’s one thing I liked lol

@mommynmotion unwanted weight gain, headaches, heavy periods even my doc was shocked I still had periods...

@newlywedmama21, how many months did you take it before switching?

@mommynmotion I don't think I went to get my second shot... so just 3 months

I did depo and didn't have a period and didn't gain weight. Didn't lose weight.

Had the depo also, stopped the period and definitely put on the weight, that's ultimately why I quit it, took it for about a year though

They also say depo causes osteoporosis but idk about that.
