I know early babies should be sleepy but my gosh Olivia has been sleeping for non stop & not feeding at all. I've tried waking her up but nothing, I've changed her nappies & taken all her clothes off to try and wake her but she just sleeps through it. Getting worried as she hasn't eaten in hours! 😟

Call your midwife Hun if you're worried, they'll be able to advise you best. But new babies are very sleepy, my two slept and barely fed for their first 24 hours of life but after that they were better and started to wake themselves to feed on demand xx

@chesscalouise2 she just makes a few noises & stays a sleep x

@kayleeebeee I saw the midwife yesterday & she didn't seem to be concerned but she's not fed in over 5 hours. I'm worried she's gonna loose weight x

Try bathing her see if she wakes up an feeds then if not I'd definitely ring the midwife x @carlybeanw

@chesscalouise2 I've managed to express a little into a bottle & feed it to her but it was less then 1oz. Although she's starting to stir now so hopefully she'll do a nice long feed!! If not I'm ringing up. Thank you x
