Last night I was having pretty consistent contractions that began to become more intense but then I fell asleep and figured if they got stronger I would wake up. I had to be at work today at 5:30 and since I’ve woken up at 4:30 I am getting a light contraction every few minutes. It’s not painful just uncomfortable. With my daughter I had began to have those too and then my water broke. I was laughing and joking the whole way to the hospital through each contraction that’s how little they hurt. By the time I got to the hospital I was checked and was 7cm dilated wasn’t until about an hour later they got worse. I don’t wanna go in needlessly and get checked and find out they’re just really strong Braxton Hicks but they are coming very consistently. I haven’t timed them I think I’m gonna start timing them now.
What would you do?
Btw I am 38 weeks I included a screenshot of the contractions I logged.

If they are consistent 5 mins apart for at least an hour I’d go get checked

I’m on pregnancy 4 and I’ve never had extreme pain. It’s always been light. I’d go with your gut. If they seem to be consistent like they are then It won’t hurt to be checked.

My early contractions didn’t hurt either. But since you said you had a similar experience with your daughter and you were 7cm by the time you got to the hospital, I would go.

I didn’t even feel the contractions or know I was in labor with #2. They had to tell me I was having them on the monitor. If they’re close together and consistent- call your doctor.
