It's entirely upto you hun,don't let them convince you any thing that you don't want,my story bit different as I had two emergency sections and so wanted a natural birth with them,my last pregnancy everyone was telling me as iv had two emergency sections before I'd have no chance of trying a natural delivery,anyway seen the consultant and he was more than happy to let me try but did only give me 6 hours to labour ( I did it in 5) lol,so if that's what u want drl make sure they don't try to persuade you end of day it's you and your baby you have the baby how you want xxxx

Yes they do try and push you to have a natural birth as it costs them a lot, put it in writing it's easier sometimes and stick to it. Good luck

It says on the nhs website somewhere that's it's your right for a c section, but you really do have to fight with most doctors. By law they can't say no to you. Don't worry just start bugging them now x

@lauramackay2016 defo not hun,my first was emergency section,so the next time they let me try normally which I did but my little girl got stuck so had to have another section,then I thort that was that I was destined to have more sections,but no if your all ok then it's your choice hun just don't let midwifes tell you otherwise as they do,they did with me,but it's your consultant who will go through it all with ya hun amd it's them that give you the chance to tell them what you want and they will tell you if you can and how long they willing to let you labour for xxx

I didn't really have to fight for a normal birth they just ask how u want to deliver and then they go from there xxx

Mine was the opposite I want a natural and my doctors are pushing for a section find out on Friday what's happening. Good luck and do what you feels best for you and baby! X

@lauramackay2016 it was a emergency she was using her cord as a pillow and was distressed. She ended up needed to be resuscitated. Xx
