I found a spot of blood on my underwear and I’ve been cramping.

Same thing happened to me at 12 weeks and it turned out to be a burst blood vessel. Hopefully it’s nothing serious for you!

@alexistol, we aren’t sure if it’s something I should go in about or not.

I'm 13 weeks and just had bleeding last week. Turns out it's nothing serious but blood is always scary when pregnant. I would absolutely go get checked.

@juliam27, at the very least, call your doc.
