It’s been 12 weeks since my nexplanon implant has been removed. Still no period! Feeling frustrated!…

What was it like when you had it? Any side effects from taking it out?

@skyy12221, when I had it, it was okay. I ended up getting it taken out because I had bled for 9 weeks continuously. Bad bleeding, cramps and all. Now I haven’t had anything since.

@devd92 I have the same symptoms! I have an appointment on the 25th I'm so over it!

@devd92 I hope so. My appointment is a follow up on a whole other issue but she does know I'm unhappy with it so I'm gonna let her know it needs to come out.

@skyy12221, yeah for sure! Speak up about it! My doctor finally agreed to take mine out. I hope you get a cycle as soon as you get your implant out. I hate waiting on Aunt Flo!

@skymomof4, okay awesome. I will be looking into that. I was also thinking I could ask for a month of birth control pills hoping that would jump start my period
